DSCN0598Victor used to dream of being an astronaut. Nowadays he uses a makeshift spacecraft to travel the world and the outer reaches of the imagination. When back from various journeys he writes fiction and poetry and plucks out little tunes on his guitar. The jagged serenity of Iceland is still fresh in his mind. Victor has won the Hiram Hunt Poetry Award from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and was published most recently in San Diego City College’s City Works Literary Journal.

Megan is a hopeless romantic. She has been inspired by the likes of revolutionary Beat poetry from Allen Ginsberg and Jack Keroauc, to 1960s-70s experimental punk, and even the artistic genius of Jean Favrier (especially in his painting Body and Soul). She is always up for an adventure, especially if it involves exploring new places, from the local dive bars and music scene of San Diego to the hiking trails of MA.
